External Controller support isssue

After update. The new touch controls Tilt or touch effect the usage of external controllers like backbone. In order to use the backbone I have to use tilt in order to use the throttle commands. Problem is that the yoke is responsive to to device tilt and not neutral until external controllers input. This happens for both my android and Apple devices. If I choose the touch option the yoke issue is not a problem but there is no throttle input from external controllers. I already went through the controller input setup and re did all the inputs and still no change.

Device: Samsung Z Fold 7/ iPhone 17 Pro MAX/ Backbone controller
Operating system: Android 8/ 16 & IOS 26.4.2

Yeah, I agree—this is exactly what I experienced when using an external controller as well. I worked around it by adjusting the tilt settings, setting sensitivity to 0, and increasing the dead zone to 100%.

I really hope this can be improved in the future so we can keep using the virtual joystick. Ideally, it would be great if the joystick only controlled the yoke, while the throttle and rudder remained like in tilt mode.
