Back in mid April I made up this flight and I decided to call it a Special Science Research flight for Madagascar mainly focused on the Western coast of the country! This flight was just to explore the Amazing Island!
This adventure Started in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe (FVFA) with 6 excited scientists on board then flew to Antananarivo (Tana for short) the Capital of Madagascar (FMMI) to pick up 6 more excited scientists and the research equipment then took off again to do the Official Special Research flight. Here are the some of the scenes showing Madagascar during this Special flight:
Scenes a couple moments after Departure!
The Western coast of the Island!
Underwing view Cruising at 14000ft
Climbing to 43000ft
Did a Short cruise at 43000ft final 360° turn before returning to Antananarivo (FMMI)
Descending into FMMI!
It was a very light plane on the day, 12 passengers (Scientists) just for that whole a350 lol! Lets just pretend it was a specially modified a350 haha. After the research flight of the Island was done we landed again in Tana to drop off the 6 scientists we picked up then later on returned to Victoria Falls Zimbabwe to drop the other 6 Scientists that were on board from the beginning all in the same flight session and thats where the journey ended!
This was on Expert Server and total flight time was 9 hours & 44 minutes!
And no, I didn’t see King Julien, Mort or Maurice or even the Penguins.
You should definitely fly to Madagascar someday when you have the chance if you haven’t already!
Safe travels!
