Hi have a question, in the official expert ATC page, it states that controllers change airports at 0600Z, but when I checked the expert server at about 0300z, no airports had atc. So even though they start at 0600z, what time do they end? 2359z? Ty

There is no mandatory rule on where controllers can open, so there is no answer to this
