Exiting for Long haul flights

My longest flight so far is 7 hrs… and it was ok.

I’m using an iPad Air 2

But it keeps on happening!

I am useing the same device as you. Sometimes IF freezes and then crashes if that’s what your talking about. I would make sure you have no other tabs open, you have strong internet, and if this keeps up, turn your graphics down. :-)

My internet is very good connection.

Sometimes the game freeze too… but I wait couple of seconds then it’s gone…
but havent experienced kick me out yet.

What version is ur iOS btw?

Ok. What about your graphics, are they set on a high level?

It’s not freezing it keeps on exiting!!

I think I know what he means. He’s saying the game is just crashing randomly.

  • Keep as much unused internal device memory (RAM) available. 1GB is the minimum recommended amount

    • Set Rendering Quality to Low

If you try everything above and still have trouble, check to make sure you have the latest firmware update available for your device installed. Lastly, we recommend you delete the app, restart device power, then sign into the same account used to purchase the app originally to reinstall.

But it’s random exiting!!!

Ok. Why don’t you try what Schillberg above said. He knows more than me. If you follow his directions I’m sure this will be solved.

Maybe your device doesn’t have much storage left. Try deleting some photos or apps that might not be useful anymore.

Listen I was flying for 10hr I was 2hr away from landing and it exited!
