please add notam to EWR until runway closure is done! Too many people using the wrong runway. Not sure if it’s a notam or not but please if you can make it a thing!

Usually there aren’t any Notams for small things like a temporary runway closure 
Use this instead to warn other pilots if you’d like.
Pretty much all of the NOTAMs in-game are long-term/permanent restrictions.
