To add on to what @Ecoops123 recommended, I would also recommend to check out this guide on formatting a topic. This will help make event formatting much better, and also much easier!

Hey there!

Since you’re currently at Trust Level 1 (basic user), you can’t create an event in the #live:events category yet. You need to be at Trust Level 2 (member) to create an event, where you can post about it well in advance, assign gates etc.

However, you can always go to the #live:groupflights category and create a group flight, and see if anyone would like to join you. You can announce a group flight a maximum of three hours before your departure time, and you can’t assign gates. Please be sure to read the full rules of the #live:groupflights category, and follow the correct format and rules, before posting your group flight. I’ve linked the rules below:
