Etihad Virtual is celebrating its 5th anniversary! EYV has come a long way, with a vast route variety (also thanks to numerous codeshares), refined professionalism, and a friendly community made up of excellent members from all over the world. You are invited to join our event for a party out of the norm… and with a little bit of chaos. As a special and fun route, we decided to hold a race between our hub, Abu Dhabi, and Dubai. This will be a full-throttle, gate-to-gate, power madness, aimed to have fun, just like we always love

There’s no second place here, just one pilot taking it all. Whoever crosses the line first earns unmatched bragging rights (yes, the right to never stop talking about it) and full questionable decision-making approval 
Rules
For this event, as you may have realised by now, there will be no (strict) rules! While the points mentioned above, such as the departure time, have to be followed, it is a Casual Server, after all. No realistic routing, violations, ATC service or anything: go wild and try your absolute best to get first at Dubai!
The most important point to remember is, of course, to have fun. As trivial as it may sound, the simulator, and this event in particular, is made just to enjoy a few minutes of play time. Don’t stress it if you get 2nd or even last, if you crash or if you are two minutes late to the event. Etihad Virtual and the Infinite Flight Community are friendly environments, so let’s keep them as such!
