Ethiopian Airlines is Africa’s top airline in almost every way - they are the biggest, most profitable and they have the newest planes. One of these (10 actually) just so happened to be 777F - something which will be eventually reworked.
Why?
First of all I shoot vids for them and I really miss it. Second of all - we have their MD11, which is cool and all, but it’s range doesn’t allow it to cover all of their route network. Lastly, I think africa’s biggest airlines deserves to be in the livery lists.

Yes we 1000000000% need this you got my vote, although I think the devs will add it anyway as they like to add new and diverse livery’s so hopefully they add this one :)

Ironically, ET-ARH, the aircraft pictured in your original post, was the one that caught fire. Unfortunately it seems to be marked as a write-off. Either way, ET-ARH or another registration, it would be cool seeing an Ethiopian 777F in IF.
