Hello IFC, today whilst doing an approach into Hong Kong, my Live Server status went out and disconnected, giving me a message that read “Account currently active on different device” or something along the lines of that. Shortly after, my API service for the sim went down. On expert server. Here is a screenshot I took of the System Status.
It seems that your disconnection from the two servers might be due to an unstable internet connection. For assistance, please reach out to the @moderators, who should be able to provide further help and support.
As I haven’t encountered this status code before, (again) it would be best to seek the most accurate information from the moderator team. My diagnosis might be incorrect, and they should be able to provide further clarification.
