ES API and Live connectivity issues

Device: iPhone 13 (Base model)
Operating system: Latest IOS (16.5 I believe)


Hello IFC, today whilst doing an approach into Hong Kong, my Live Server status went out and disconnected, giving me a message that read “Account currently active on different device” or something along the lines of that. Shortly after, my API service for the sim went down. On expert server. Here is a screenshot I took of the System Status.

This disconnection took away flight time and XP from my flight, and was very inconvenient If any one could help, it would be much appreciated.

Extra information. It seems that my other IF friends seem to have a connection to ES as of present. I seem to have this issue only.

It seems that your disconnection from the two servers might be due to an unstable internet connection. For assistance, please reach out to the @moderators, who should be able to provide further help and support.

Thanks for the help. At current it seems like IF is the only thing buffering. I will look into it

As I haven’t encountered this status code before, (again) it would be best to seek the most accurate information from the moderator team. My diagnosis might be incorrect, and they should be able to provide further clarification.
