Whenever I try to purchase an infinite flight live subscription it says error on all three subscription tabs. I have a IPhone 7 Plus running iOS 11.4.1
First of all, what have you already tried yourself to resolve this? Asking this so we’re not suggesting things over and over again that you’ve already tried
Yes I have tried to restart my device but it still says the same thing.
Try to sign out of you Apple-ID and back in;
- Go to Settings
- Tap your name in the top
- Tap “iTunes & App Store”
- Tap your Apple-ID which is in the top, blue text.
- Tap “Sign out”.
Reverse the process and sign back in.
Still the same results.
Then we will have to try with reinstalling Infinite Flight. Seems like something isn’t syncing up correctly.
I’d recommend this procedure;
- Uninstall Infinite Flight
- Restart your device
- Install Infinite Flight again.
Its still saying the error across all 3 subscriptions
It works now It was just a restriction
