Hi i recently had to change my email due to deactivation of my other one. When i went to sign in everything reset!! I lost my live account and all my stats. I am really ticked off because i had put a lot of time into this game. Someone helo me get my stats back please! I had over 40 hours of flight time and 40,000 xp
We don’t recommend changing the Live credential or account log in information. There is no guarantee that account data will be recoverable.
You can request with the understand nothing is promised, to have a recovery attempted.

Last Used Call Sign, and the most recent receipt for the subscription from your store used.
