good afternoon everyone I bought a new phone two days ago this phone galaxy a54 5g when I want to download ifs I get the error “this application does not work on your phone” I started the support team, but I couldn’t, is there anyone who can help?

If I’m not mistaken, the A54 has a 32-bit OS. Infinite Flight is only supported on devices with a 64-bit OS.
There is no way that I know of to “upgrade” the OS to 64-bit.
In fact, the A54 5G has a 64 bit processor, so it should be compatible with the game.
I don’t have a great knowledge of Android devices, but your best bet is to try the steps explained by Alex below:

But, some manufacturers (mostly Samsung) have decided to not utilize the CPU’s power and put in a 32-bit OS instead…
However, the A54 5G should be compatible.
@Oguzhan_Malkoc - start with making sure you have everything properly updated. Including all Google Play Services.
