Error Code 8

Is there any solution to this error I’ve tried all the solutions from the support team but only disconnecting from my wifi and using data does it seem to work im stumped

Have you tried restarting your device? This often resolves this issue.

Given our email conversation, this issue lies with your service provider when encountering this error as you seem to not be having any issues on cellular :)

I have this issue quite often. It’s down to the user’s ISP

I’ve been getting this message for the past 20mins restarted my phone connected and disconnected the wifi dont no what’s going on


Try not using WiFi :)

Usually there’s something going on with the service provider that is blocking the connection. Using a different service provider usually helps in those cases.
