Error code 7

While trying to open up the app, I keep receiving Error Code 7

Anyone know how to fix this?

What I’ve tried:

  • restart app
  • restart of iPad

Decide info: iPad (2018)
App version: 20.02.02
Internet: stable

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?

I just did, and it did not help. Still same error code

@Cameron helped me out the last time when I had the same kinda issue! Maybe he’ll be able to help you out:)

I’ll probably be here a while. Seems like all the European support staff are still asleep

As we don’t have any ongoing issues in our server environment, the best course of action first would be to reboot the local connection which i assume is a WiFi router in your home? :)
