I bought a subscription after deactivation, and when I try to connect my previous account it say’s “Error Code 5”.
And so I tried to switch my previous account, but after logging in, the subscription disappears and whenever I try to purchase. It doesn’t let me, it say’s that I’m already subscribed.
I already tries restarting and uninstalling the application.
I wish I could connect my previous account into subscription and even though I am not be able to well I still would be glad if I could connect a new account into the subscription (default account).
