Error code 5!

Hey, I haven’t been playing IF for a while and I want to play it again but I fixed my phone last month and the phone data got wiped. I subscribed to the game but then I realise that all my progress is gone! (Grade 1, 0 everything), I tried to log into my old account (this account) and it says " Error code 5, blah blah blah… " what should I do? (Original account with the stats is the account that posted this.)
