Error Code 5

Decided to run it back and get the game again. I’m trying to link my community account to the actual game and this is all I’m getting. I already bought the subscription and I just want to link my account back to it.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Turn off your device and try again?

If you shoot an email to support@infiniteflight.com they should be able to help link the correct account to your subscription.
