Error Code 5

Decided to run it back and get the game again. I’m trying to link my community account to the actual game and this is all I’m getting. I already bought the subscription and I just want to link my account back to it.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Turn off your device and try again?

If you shoot an email to they should be able to help link the correct account to your subscription.
