Error code 5

I bought pro subscribe again after a month of deactivation. After buying it, I noticed that the Error Code 5. What do I do?

"The account you are trying to connect is already linked with another Infinite Flight Pro subscription (error code 5)

I’ve never had this issue before, so I think something else went wrong.

Have you tried restarting the app?

Error Code 5 is quite self explanatory given the message that comes with it :)
Your Community account is already connected to an app account. You can’t have it connected to more than one account.

So if you recently bought a subscription but it’s not on your account, it means you were not logged in while doing so and it’s now been applied to a blank account.

If you could share the callsign for the account where your subscription is now, we can help in merging the accounts.

It’s been corrected now. So just restart the app and sign in using your Community credentials and it should all be as it should :)
