Error Code 02

I changed devices recently. When buying a new subscription, I forgot to log in and it generated a generic account. Then, I tried to link it to my usual account, however I received a message with code 02. How do I solve it?


First of all welcome to IFC. Second, The First day 20.1 came out, my subscription was gone to. but you will get it back. if you want to try again, put the GMAIL or FACEBOOK login for your infinite flight pro account. hopefully, this works for you :)

I have already sent an email to support. Hope they solve it fast! But thanks anyway!
