Error Code 01

I am receiving an error code 01: “An error occurred on server. Please contact support for assistance with code 01”

iPad Air… iOS 10.3.2. I tried to buy the 30 day multiplayer subscription
and it said that it couldn’t connect to the iTunes Store. I restarted my
iPad and have chrome installed . Please help! Thanks!

Try logging in and purchasing the subscription here (the IF website). Make sure to login there and on your iPad with the same account and the sub should transfer over

I also just purchased a 30 day subscription and am getting the same error 01. I am on an iPad mini IOS 9.3.5

Just got Error Code 01, iPhone 7 running 10.3.3

Just purchased 1-M subscription for Infinite Flight… Names Joshua Pritchard, logged in through Facebook, really confused? Haven’t used IF for about nine months, got a new phone and can’t use my purchase. Please help?

Thanks everyone for the reports, and apologies in advanced for the inconvenience. We’re currently looking into this and it should be solved soon.

If you’ve experienced the issue, please try pressing “I already have a subscription” and it should automatically restore it (try in a while if it doesn’t work right now).

If this doesn’t work, please drop @Tyler_Shelton or @Mark_Denton a PM with your Display Name, Callsign and Email Address, as well as the type of login you used (Google or Facebook) and they’ll help from there.

I’m running an iPad Air on iOS 10.3.2 and my iPhone 7plus is on iOS 11 beta. Still experiencing same problems as everyone but I’ll keep clicking I have a subscription already. Btw I’m new to chat so apologies if I did something wrong.

Thank you all for the patience! This appears to be a purchase Issue. Contact myself or @Mark_Denton with the following:

Display Name and Callsign
Device
Purchase Receipt (not bank or credit card statement)

We are currently monitoring the issue from our end to troubleshoot the exact cause. Thanks for your understanding.

Similar issue but different message this is what I received when I logged into to my Infinite Flight account any reason for this? Thanks in advance.
