Error app crashes

Hello.
I have a problem, I want to charge for the first time to create an Infinity Flight account and fly online, but when I press SELECT on the image screen, the app crashes. I need help.
I restarted the device, reinstalled the app, started with the background app dropped, lowered the graphics settings, but did not solve it.

iPadAir2 iPadOS 13.2.3
iPhon7 iOS 13.2.3
Free space is 2GB or more for both.

Are you on a stable wifi connection?
Are you signed in to your iTunes/apple account? If not, sign in and then try again.

It might be that you have in app purchases restricted. To check go to Settings -> Screen time -> Content and Privacy restrictions -> iTunes and App Store purchases -> in app purchases and change it to allow if it’s on don’t allow.

Wi-Fi is a fulfilling environment.
You are probably logged in to your iTuens / Apple account.

@silica.JP maybe try a force restart, this is a more powerful restart then the conventional one. Here’s some images of how to do it.

For iPad’s

  • Models with the Home button: Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
  • Other models: Press and release the volume up button, press and release the volume down button, then press and hold the top button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.

For iPhone 7 and 7 Plus models

  1. Press and hold both the volume down button and the Sleep/Wake button.
  2. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.

Note: A force restart will not wipe the device.

Delete the app and reinstall it with stable web connection. Also recheck your Google Play account is installed and functioning properly.
This should solve it
