Error access from account to the game

After I authorize the accessof my account it appear in the game a popup says " my account has been used before with the app " and I created the account one hour ago.Can you fix it please.*

To use your account and subscription on a different device that is either using a different platform (iOS or Android), or different account in the store - you need to have your account connected to a Community profile.
