There is an error 8 issues that doesn’t allow Simbrife flights plans for be implemented into infinity flight

Unable to repro. Simbrief importing working fine on my end.

Well me and my friend have got the same issue not sure where it’s come from tho

Error code 8 usually indicates a connection issue somewhere. Have you tried switching to cellular or a different WiFi network and then attempted to import from SB?

Hello there.

I am seeming to have this issue as well, I’ve tried restarting my own phone. Does not work to no avail.

I’m having the same issue trying to load from simbrief.
I’ve tried:

  • Unlinking and relinking my navigraph/simbrief account
  • Clearing cache
  • Force stopping on android
  • Restarting
  • Switching between WiFi and mobile data

Still having error 8.

Im having the same issue. I tried clearing cache, uninstalling the app, reinstalling, and also restarting device. Nothing works. Does anyone have a solution?

Hello!

We’re looking into it.
A temporary workaround;

Disable “Runway analysis” in SimBrief.

My friend tried it with it off and it still not working so not sure what going on

Server side fix was deployed 12 minutes ago.
Can we try again?

Still receiving the same error.
Using BCS3, which doesn’t have runway analysis too.

It should be OK now!
I just tested with something that used to give me the error code as well, and it’s working now.
