"Error 8" issue

I would like to be recruited as an IFATC, but I have an issue. When I try to connect my Infinite Flight user to my Infinite Flight Community user, an “error 8” appears. I have seen many topics on the forum suggesting restarting the iPhone, changing the internet connection, reinstalling the app, and so on. I have tried these troubleshooting steps, but the error persists. Can anyone help me? My user at Infinite Flight is AE05172B. Thank you!

You had your Community profile linked to a blank account 9 days ago. I’ve deleted that link now so you should be good to try again :)
