Hi, I really need your help. Since May 10th I haven’t been able to play the game. I keep getting the same messages: ERROR 7, ERROR 8, or “Problem with the game server.”
My internet connection is stable and works without any issues. The same problem appears when using LTE or 5G.
Another thing is that I installed the game on my wife’s phone and it starts without any problems. I’ve been a player for many years and had many aircraft “purchased.”
Please help me solve this issue.
I understand Android better, mainly because I’ve never used iOS. My phone is running Android 13, a good Android version, a bit more up-to-date than 10.

To start with, which version of the app are you running?
Additionally, have you tried reinstalling? There’s been a few numbers of cases where we’ve seen this and a reinstall have helped.
The software version is iPadOS 26.1. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but it didn’t help. Below I’m sending a few details, though I’m not sure if they matter:
– I first installed the game on an iPad 4 a long time ago and everything worked fine, but later I could no longer update it. After buying an iPad Air (4th gen), the game launched and everything was working normally.
– After connecting my old iPad and opening the older version of the game (I wanted to write down the codes of my favorite airports), the game on the new iPad Air suddenly stopped working after a few hours (right after renting the Airbus A350 for 24 hours), and from that moment on I haven’t been able to launch it again.
– I have now deleted the game from the old iPad, bought a new iPad Pro 6th generation, and I was really hoping that after a months-long break the game would finally start, but unfortunately it still doesn’t.
