Error 54 on Simbrief: unable to load flight plans

I have my Simbrief account linked to my IF. I generated a flight like I do every single time, but now I get Error 54: your Simbrief acc doesn’t have any active flight plans." I do. I’ve generated the flight multiple times. It’s in “active flights” on Simbrief.

Does anyone know a fix?

Have you linked the correct Simbrief account to IF? I would try unlinking and re linking the Simbrief account to refresh it
