Error 5 – IFC account already linked to another Pro subscription

Hello Infinite Flight Support Team,

I am facing Error 5 while trying to link my Infinite Flight Community (IFC) account in the Infinite Flight app.

The message says:
“The account you are trying to connect is already linked with another Infinite Flight Pro subscription.”

Because of this, my username is not showing in the simulator and I am unable to link my IFC account.

I currently have an active Infinite Flight Pro subscription.
Please help me unlink the old connection and link my IFC account to my current subscription.
