Hello Infinite Flight Support,

I am trying to link my Google account to Infinite Flight, but I keep getting the following error:

“The account you are trying to connect is already linked with another Infinite Flight Pro subscription.”

I currently do not have any active Pro subscription, and I only want to link my Google account to my profile.

Here are my details:

Infinite Flight Display Name: Omar2003

Error message screenshot: (attached)

Could you please help me unlink the old connection so I can link my Google account correctly?

Thank you very much for your support.

Best regards,

Omar

Hello! Welcome back to the forum!

Infinite Flight no longer has Google account linking. The only things you can link to Infinite Flight are:

  • Infinite Flight Community Forum account
  • Discord account (for access to the full Discord Server)
  • Navigraph (Simbrief) account (for using Simbrief integration)
