Hi there. Getting the Error 01 Code after purchasing live subscription. Made both google and facebook login and purchased 1 month subscription twice, also reinstalled it. please assist . its an IOS device.
May I know which iOS device are you in? And screenshots if available? May we know if your phone has been rooted before?
Have you tried restarting your device?
Can you include your iOS version as well?
Since it’s processed as a ‘code’ it seems it might of happened in the past. Have you tried re-downloading the app/restoring?
It’s an error occurred in the server , not sure reinstalling will do much help.

Try to update your device and try it again with the IOS 10.3.2. And let as know if it’s work.

They would only push an update like that when global is released. No point updating it now cos it will just stop their cashflow.

I seem to have the same problem, however, I have already contacted Apple Support on my iPad Air II. Soon, I realized that the game says that I do not have a subscription, upsetting myself. I do not know what to do, and I would like to try online for a while. Please contact me at ‘[email protected]’ for further details. I do not know what is wrong with the servers however. Thanks (: 😄

I’m having this issue. Brand new Google login, subscribed for 1yr, app crashed initially. Restarted it, got same issue. Checked credit card and iTunes charged me. Restarted iPad Air 2 on 10.3.2, restarted app same issue. Chrome is my primary browser. All apps updated, same issue.
