This would take a LOT of coding and R&D to make this reality. Also databases with this information may not be available for some aircraft. With this would need to be a massive physics overhaul to accommodate the ideal thrust/lift/drag ratios and the throttle setting to accompany.

I might add to this: Make thrust gradually move, not instant. Like how real throttles work, they dont just instantly move from 0% to 100% thrust in an instant

a lot of coding yes, database not really, you can use the physic they use to let them fly to still work
