Engine spinning animation is frozen?

So, I was watching my friend arrive with their Boeing 777-200ER and I noticed this.

At first, it looks like the engine is spinning but when I took a closer look, the spinning animation is completely frozen and once the engines were turned off, it slowly faded to idle.
I quickly did a check with other aircraft and it also occurred with multiple aircraft such as the rest of the 777 series (B77W, B777F), A330neo, A380, etc. The A350 was working though.
Note: This seems to only happen on other player’s aircraft and not yours.

I’m also not sure if this was related to the known fan blade issue so I just wanted to make sure.

I believe that this is one of the methods put on more recent aircraft to make these demanding to run aircraft slightly less demanding to run, by reducing the resources required to load and store the aircraft, which can help reduce the likelihood of device crashes at busy airports
