So I am at PANC doing my engine start with the MD-11F and then the engines cut off. I tried uploading the video but it didn’t work. Basically I start up an Engine, goes up to 19%, and then shuts off.
Make sure you have fuel on board.

What you are describing is spot on for fuel shortage.

Are you using a joystick? If so check the mappings.
Outside of the obvious fuel it is hard to know exactly why. Best suggestion is to end the flight and reboot your device and try again.
If it is still happening you can add some things like screenshots and update the bottom bar to show weight and fuel.
Oh your right! I never remembered bringing the fuel down to 0 though.
