Hey! I don’t have pro currently so I can’t tell you exactly but the cover photo is a 777 so I’m going to assume it’s one of those. They have enough power that even at MTOW they can take off from longer runways and climb around 800 FPM while gaining speed even if the engine is shut down when the aircraft is just beginning its takeoff roll. Perhaps you’re trying to climb too fast? You have to be patient and let the aircraft settle into its climb and keep the vertical speed low.

Try to keep the speed around 180 I think and don’t force it to climb faster than it wants. If it won’t climb let the nose down to pick up speed and try again. Should work eventually.
