Hi. on my last flight from moscow to ferrow islands. my engines cut out during cruise, without me turning them off. my cruise was at 50k feet. and i had more than enough fuel. Please help and fix

If it’s a commercial plane, that’s about 15K feet too high!

Maybe his subscription expired during flight? And and since he was out of the free region available in the solo mode, the engines turned off.

I think when the subscription ends, nothing happens until you end your flight. So flying out of the region maybe?

He noticed that he was flying from Moscow. So it wasn’t solo mode.

If it’s not solo mode, maybe he was flying with Infinity Flight Passenger with emergency on?
If you use two devices with the same account at once while one of the two devices are being occupied for a flight your engines will cut for that flight until only one device has the app open with that account. I doubt this is the situation but 🤷🏻♂️
I have to say though, 50,000 is a bit too high 😉
