They are releasing this livery when the request was made 7 months ago , while the Etihad 787-9 request was made 6 years ago and confirmed 16 months ago (still no livery).

Yeah because they also release some liveries for huge updates like the upcoming 737 Max update

Yeah they just release other liveries on the 789 like Air France and Norse
