In a real life emergency situation? No. However, I have practiced this over a 100 times.

This is a full engine cut off/shutdown(feathered) and restart.

Reminds me of the P-3 Orion. Usually only shuts down one engine on station and can shut down two to save fuel. A friend I knew who was stationed in Hawaii and flew on one of the patrols. During the flight they shut down three of the engines to circle for several hours.

Shutdown three? So only one engine operational in flight and circling?? Interesting. Turning in a Seminole is really tough. If you don’t have have positive rudder control you will vmc.
