I think I’ve seen too many expressions like this, when the majority of IFC are thought to think/do something even without knowing it.
And how can you tell others to not be representative, when you are doing so?
And in fact we can easily tell from the number of votes that, no this is not a “highly demanded feature”.
BTW the so-called slides is not a simple animation, it’s something soft body, how do you know that this feature will
? The workload for this is not a piece of cake. Don’t take any thing/feature for granted.
many people who are not as “serious” and those who do not even go on this website that often would like this. infinite flight is for many types of people not just “serious flyers”. its a shame that such an important feature is bombarded by those who cant accept other peoples ideas
its a shame that those who disagree with emergency slides feel the need to silence and suppress those who want slides, people will be discouraged to vote due to you people turning this into an argument. deal, we will see how many people vote i am sure many people will vote. and even if people are discouraged from voting on here I am sure many less serious casual players who are not on this website would like to see slides.
Gonna have to agree with @nativetoalaska on this one. I see absolutely no purpose other than disruption to the everyday function of the servers. Think of how many people used the 777 the day it came out. Every plane on every server was a 777 variant. Now think of that same number of people all using emergency slides at the same time if it were to first come out. Infinite flight would lose all integrity as a professional platform.

Respectfully, it’s not an argument. It is a discussion. There is a huge difference. The whole point of the Features category is to discus both why an idea may be good and bad. Nobody’s attacking you personally, and nobody feels the need to suppress others. It’s how any discussion that has ever taken place on this planet works. Without criticism, things would never improve and we would never advance as a society socially, politically, technologically or economically.
If you can’t take slight criticism, then don’t post in Features . It’s as simple as that.

I would think we need Emergencies added before Emergency slides, otherwise there would be no point. Unless they’re released at the same time, I think it’d be a good feature to see in the future though.
I said it in the other topic that got closed for spam so I guess I’ll say it again. If you disagree, that’s a normal human thing. But the same people repeated their negative comments into this topic. Please stop attacking the OP, instead use the community to spread some positivity. Do I think we need slides? No. Do I think they’ll come? Hard to say, perhaps in the distant future. But the fact of the matter is: this is a features topic so let this vote speak for itself!

It’s not that I’m trying to suppress or silence the people who voted for this, this isn’t an American election or anything (for legal reasons, this is a joke). I just wanted to dismantle your claims at the top because most of them are false, and I did, and then you gave me more false claims to dismantle.
If you want to vote for something, go for it. Not trying to silence and suppress you. But when a request is chock-full of false claims it becomes misleading to people who only have 10 or 15 votes to use.

This wasn’t spamming and attacking, it was my rebuttal to your counterclaim. Basic language arts. And it worked.
And it seems some people are spamming the same thing: ”Alright, stop this the thread’ll get closed!”
I think adding slides would be a good idea, but I would like emergencies to be added at the same time. I don’t really see the point in adding them without the emergencies.
