Emergency Landing

Hey Guys! Can anybody tell me how to request an emergency landing on infinite flight? Because when I was landing on LHR my callsign was Speedbird 399 Expert server. I have minimum fuel. The atc said I had an missed approach so I need to execute the landing. My fuel was just for 19 minutes. When I landed the fuel was just for 3 minutes. I found tell the atc that I have low fuel. So if you could tell how to get that command, pls tell me. I believe the command to communicate low fuel would only be available if you have been airborne for a minimum time of 60 minutes.

You have to be on expert, which you were, and have been airborne for at least 1 hour. I think they’re the only requirements.
