Hey guys wouldn’t it be cool if we had an Ermegency Landing call out to the ATC? I think it would be helpful in case a diversion airport is needed. Let me know what you think.

It’s already confirmed to come with global flight. For use when low on fuel after having flown at least an hour prior. Maybe that’s something different from what you are requesting?

It has been confirmed by the developers. However, it can only be used in the Expert Server when you won’t be airborne for more than 15 mins. Active ATCs would be able to see your remaining fuel

If the controller denied your request or if your plane is far from a feasible airport to handle your aircraft, you would glide down like in real life.
However, what I’m worried is if this feature would be abused by certain people called trolls. They would fly a 45mins route with a fuel amount that only capable to use for 15mins.

I don’t really think we need a seperate emergency request since than everybody would be spamming it again and again.
It would only make sense for low fuel as Tecnam2TA said its a Already confirmed for global

I imagine already the abuses about this, even in expert server.
Maybe this command could be allocated randomly once ot two time a day to one or two pilots. Maybe adding engine problems or medical issues could make the experience more realistic.

I think adding Engine Problems and Medical issues would make Infinite Flight looked more like Infinite Emergency…
Anyways, I hope there would be a limitation (Minimum Number) of fuel amount for a route. So it won’t be abused by irresponsible people
This feature is actually designed only for those who has been put in a holding pattern for several minutes until the fuel runs out imho. Not for those who uses fuel below the required amount
