NOTAM: In this event we will be taking off from KBMI for a flight to KMKE…but once we get to WPT MINOK, we will empty our right engines (via weight & balance) and make an unscheduled landing at KORD. Then we will reset our weight & balance settings so the weight is equal and safely land at KMKE.

ONLY A320 FAMILY AIRCRAFT ARE ALLOWED

We set the weight and balance at WPT MINOK so there is no fuel in the right engine tank which represents an engine failure

Yes, but that would not make any change at all in IF but a lighter aircraft…
