Since the new update came out, i have been flying a lot. Just now i was in a spirit a321 at SBGR. Bluepanda900 was controlling and i could not tell him/ her that i had ran out of fuel. I kept getting told to follow instructions or i will be ghosted. What would i do in that situation. I just crashed and got a violation. is anyone here able to remove that? I had also pm’ed the controller mid-flight telling him my situation. Not sure what i could’ve done to prevent the ghost.
To be able to us the Emergency Fuel ATC option you must have been flying for about three hours or more and have ‘Low Fuel’. I don’t believe it has been removed.

oh ok thank you. this makes more sense but i still am upset that i got ghosted for that. It is crazy that all i was trying to say was i have no fuel. voice atc would’ve helped in that situation.
Better flight planning, if you see that you don’t have enough fuel you should divert before you destination, better safe than sorry.

A good thing to do too, is PROCEDE TO A LESS BUSY AIRPORT or at least stop heading twards the airport, ATC will see what is happning if you respectfuly fly away, but you WILL be gohsted if you procede inbound, and interfere with airport ops…

i was heading almost 180 degrees away from the airport and crashed into a field. the only airport i could reach was a grass field but I couldn’t even make it to that.

Alright well you did the right thing then, this will probably help your chances with getting it reversed, key word HELP, no garintees, but happy to hear you did the right thing

A better thing to do when you run out of fuel. Change your flight plan right away to a diversion airport. Then you change your intentions(Flight following to the diversion airport). After it’s granted you just try your best to save yourself and keep way from other traffic.
Also if you see a busy airport bring extra fuel for holding :). Hope your ghost can be reversed

I should’ve done that but you make stupid mistakes when you panic. Not about crashing but about the ghost. I will take not for the next time and keep you updated on the ghost.
@Jackson_Kaiman. MaxSez: Please, you know what they say about excuses. You been on this platform since 2016. You committed multiple Pilot Errors. PPPP pre-Flight Fuel Planning, EnRoute Situation Awareness , failure to accept the Controller decision etc. Your Pilot Error List would overflow this block. Then you ask for a Huss, and wag the dog. What are the Fledglings or your Peer to think if you got a bye… OhMy…
(PS: Colossal decisioning error adding so called “Emergency Fuel” bail out to the long haul menu. It’s like everybody passes in school or no score in a game. If ya can’t hack the pace get out of the race, Play it for real my pattute…

I would also recommend adding an hour or more of reserve fuel when flying into controlled airports, because it is almost certain you won’t be the only one, and will be put into a hold. This happened to me earlier, but luckily I put a but extra fuel.
You must remember I was flying spirit the “bare fare” they don’t know the “reserve fuel” concept.
