All inbound flights being delayed until 9:15 EST do to an emergency. Does anyone know why?

The Philadelphia International Airport reopened for traffic Friday after the Federal Aviation Administration issued a ground stop when two aircraft made emergency landings, local reports said.

The first plane was having steering problems, while the second plane reported smoke in the cockpit, according to local reports.

Passengers were evacuated immediately following the plane landings.

Traffic delays were expected as arrivals and departures will resume with only one runway operational. (Various)

I was listening to ATC vie “LiveATC.net” and someone was requesting taxi and the ATC said “we have a ground stop, the emergency aircraft are off the runway only fire services are clear to move.” But thanks for the info
