How can I check the email and password that are linked to my infinite flight in game account so I can log on from other devices?

There is no email or password associated with your account unless you have linked it to your Community profile, which it doesn’t seems like you have done :)
This is done from the device where you have access to your subscription, by tapping the profile icon in the top left, then the cogwheel in the top left and tap the “Connect” button for the “Community Forum account” and then enter your Community credentials.
Once you’ve done that, you’ll be able to use your account and subscription from any device using the most recent version of Infinite Flight by simply signing in with your Community credentials.
