Hi, I have a question. Did I understand correctly that these airports are supposed to be active today? I’m currently flying to El Dorado but I don’t see any ATC active here.

This is just the schedule showing where ATC might be, there’s no guarantee of it - SBGR is the main hub today.

So does it mean that one of these airports is always active? Or can sometimes two of them be active at the same time? Thanks.
One of them (that ends up being the hub) is usually reliably staffed for the vast majority of the day. A few of the others may get intermittent service.
IFATC members are not required to open an airport on the schedule. Like Benny said, theres no guarantee that an airport on the schedule will open.
