It is based on hours flown with El Al Virtual and El Al Virtualโs code-share routes.
Absolutely! Joining a VA does not limit you to only flying for that VA. You can join as many VAs and fly as many flights outside of VAs as you want, as long as you think you can handle those.

How long does it take too process an application?

Up to 48 hours, except on Shabbat. We do not fly or except applications from sundown in Japan on Friday night to sunrise in Hawaii on Saturday.
