The controllers are approving my actions I complied añd request frequency change which they approve only to send multiple on guard warnings to me, what do I do?

Ignore it mate… It’s the training server, sadly there isn’t much you can do. Whilst I would never recommend it, ignore their commands if they are spamming and false. Alternatively divert to another airport and ignore them.
