Just pointing out very dissapointed with the ATC at EGLL. Poor management.

If you would like to give your controller feedback, it is generally recommended you give it via PM, and not get the public involved.

Well. The controller cleared someone for landing, while one was holding their position on the runway waiting for their clearance to take off. When the controller gave the clearance for the person waiting on the runway to takeoff the person that was cleared to land was already near the person given permission to takeoff. Also there was a weird long wait for people to get permission to takeoff as he would just take a lot of people to clear them to land. Kinda was confused as to why. Again maybe it’s their first time doing it in expert but I haven’t seen this much of a mess in a while.

Not my intention to shame on the person. I’m simply just giving out my opinion.
Please see comment from @whyevenbothernaming. If you’re having some issues understanding the controllers intentions, messaging them directly to talk about it would be a better option and would also perhaps give you some insight as to why operations were carried out the way they were.
