EGBB - EGLC: How to use charts?

Hi there

I recently started using carts for London region. I’m flying from EGBB to EGLC, using the following route -

  • R2464
  • R2465
  • BIR02
  • BIR67
  • BHX15
  • TNT23
  • ELV05
  • EBOTO
  • BPK05
  • DET25
  • GINTI
  • LAM10
  • EGLC

I’m using these charts for EGBB: http://www.nats-uk.ead-it.com/public/index.php%3Foption=com_content&task=blogcategory&id=30&Itemid=79.html

And these for EGLC: http://www.nats-uk.ead-it.com/public/index.php%3Foption=com_content&task=blogcategory&id=92&Itemid=141.html

I know the order of how to use them, I’m just wondering which ones to use, for the departure and approach charts.

Departure Airfield chart, parking chart, ground chart, SID chart, Airways chart
Arrival Airfield chart, star chart, IAC chart (ILS chart), ground chart, parking chart

Thanks for the help!

He want that you place EGBB in Your FLP.

Btw Nice route! It looks realistic.

Being realistic, you would select SID and STAR charts to be incorporated into your FPL. This however, is not usually possible in IF due to missing fixes. The instrument approach and the ground charts are useful for IF.

Nice route! I pretty much follow this same route. I’m glad you kept the realism because most aircraft inbound for LCY usually approach from the northwest or southeast in order to avoid some of the busy Heathrow and Gatwick airspaces.

Thanks for the compliments! I figured out how to use to charts, and once you learn it’s pretty easy.

Thanks!
