So I was just taxiing at SFO on the training server in the United E175 Livery and I got just past 1R and then the plane sunk into the ground and crashed I have no idea why this happened please help

A quick fix is to clear your scenery cache, which can be done via Settings → General → Clear Scenery Cache. An app or device restart may be required in some cases, so please keep that in mind.
