Hi, I’ve noticed for almost since the E175/190 got added that the stairs and catering truck don’t align to the aircraft properly. The stairs can go to different heights but shame it doesn’t go low enough for the Embraers so hopefully sometime soon it can get fixed. Regional flight don’t feel the same when the stairs are in the door.

Unfortunately this is currently a known limitation of these stairs.
Hopefully this can be changed in the future.
